How to Prepare for your Session

*Sessions are held either through Telehealth Video (Via Jane Booking App) or over the phone via Whatsapp or Signal.

*Once you book an appointment, a confirmation email will be sent with a video link 30 minutes before the session begins

In preparation for your session ensure you have:

- A reliable internet connection, camera, speakers, headphones and are able to communicate hands-free.

- A Note pad and pen.

- Water.

- A comfortable, private, distraction-free space to sit for the duration of the session with flexibility and ease to change positions if necessary.

The only requirements for a great session are to remain open and curious.

It also helps to have an idea of what goal or change you are wanting to achieve.
