Once we pinpoint what matters most, we use Balances to reinforce new, supportive beliefs and to clear any stress or limiting beliefs standing in the way. Ideal for addressing one core topic
60 MIN SUBSEQUENT
Designed to keep the momentum going. This session is ideal for reinforcing the changes you've made or for addressing a new, specific goal or challenge. Best suited for working addressing one key goal or challenge at a time.
3 SESSION PACKAGE
Great for deeper work around one issue, or for exploring multiple themes across a few sessions. We’ll identify the patterns involved and use targeted Balances to support lasting change. This package includes: 1x 90-min Initial Session & 2x 60-min Follow-Ups.
How many sessions will I need?
Every person and every issue is unique.
Our intention is always to resolve your challenge in as few sessions as possible — sometimes even in one.
That said, some issues have multiple layers or hidden subconscious beliefs that reveal themselves over time.
You’re never required to book more than one session, and you’re always welcome to return if you notice there’s more you'd like to work through.

Session Terms
Appointments & Payment
Sessions start on time. Late arrivals will reduce session time.
Extra time (if agreed) is billed at $15 CAD / $11 USD / €10 per 15 minutes.
Payment is due before the session via e-transfer (beliefbalance@protonmail.com) or PayPal.
Cancellations
Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.
Late cancellations may be charged the full session rate.
I will always do my best to reschedule where possible.
