How many sessions should I book?

Every person and every goal is unique.
Our intention is to resolve your challenge in as few sessions as possible — sometimes even in one.
That said, some issues may have multiple layers or hidden subconscious beliefs which reveal themselves over time.


You’re never required to book more than one session, and you’re always welcome to return if you notice there’s more you'd like to work through.


90 MIN INITIAL

We identify the key wanted area for change: the main goal, challenge, or pattern you want to replace. We check for and release associated subconscious stress and/or limiting beliefs, replacing them with ones which will support you – followed by action steps to get you there.


60 MIN SUBSEQUENT

This session is ideal for reinforcing the changes you have made previously or for addressing a new, specific goal or challenge. Best suited for work addressing one key goal or challenge at a time. Our intention is always to resolve your challenge in as few sessions as possible


3 SESSION PACKAGE

Some issues may have multiple layers or hidden subconscious beliefs which reveal themselves over time. This package is ideal for diving deep into one issue, or for exploring multiple themes/patterns associated with a challenge you are working to overcome.
